Bank Holiday Lazyday

I went through our loft, and found lots of stuff and photos and letters and more stuff from yyyyears gone by.  Since the present is quiet as the grave right now, I may as well return the past for entertainment's sake ^^
Even by 8 year old standards, I think it's safe to say I've no future as a poet.

Got somewhat nostalgic about how my taste in drawing has changed.

Kind of cheered me up looking at all this stuff from like, a decade ago.  Have so far today organized scrapbook of old *ahem* poetry and *ahem* art and other childhood mementos, considered learning to play the harmonica, begun to reteach myself French after watching Amelie and tried to reinstall the Sims 2 (failed, as I have no patience with computers).
Oh, and I finally got to see Attack The Block this weekend, which was ACE and was scarier than I expected -.-' luckily I went with neighbour Niall who didn't judge me for not looking at the gory bits. The soundtrack has got me addicted to Basement Jaxx. Also I'm a bit in love with the guy who plays Moses :D

The drawing I did for my parents, as thanks for taking me and sister away for Easter holiday, has been framed and presented, so I feel like quite an artist ^^ in an unpaid, unrecognized way...but it's still a good feeling to see something I drew framed!

Thomas Hardy's home, which we visited, in brown ink and watercolour.
Mmmm that'll do, shut up Suzie.
